By Space Coast Daily // January 18, 2023 Fourteen members of Palm Bay Fire Rescue along with one Malabar Fire Department Lieutenant completed their Live Fire Training Instructor Certification. (PBFR image) BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Fourteen members of Palm Bay Fire Rescue, along with one Malabar Fire Department lieutenant, completed their Live Fire Training Instructor Certification. The 40-hour class includes all aspects of conducting safe, NFPA-compliant, live fire training for firefighters. According to a Palm Bay Fire spokesperson, the last day involved 6 live burns.
